I live downtown Austin TX, 78701 - and this city is and has been putting up office towers a&#x27;plenty before, during and after &quot;the pandemic&quot;. SOMONE is going to be working in these offices.<p>The shift to remote work is far from becoming permanent. Summer of 2023 we will be deep in a recession and people will be begging for an office to come to. Those who remember 2008ish timeframe may recall this vibe in the air.
