Previously, by updating my LinkedIn profile to &#x27;Looking for work&#x27; and answering the tidal wave of recruiter messages.<p>For my next role I&#x27;m thinking of cold emailing companies I&#x27;d like to work at to see if that approach works better.

indeed.com. Set aside 1-4 hours per day and apply for every single gig you&#x27;re interested in, even if you don&#x27;t meet all the &quot;requirements&quot;. Let them reject you, don&#x27;t reject yourself.
