Rewritten OpenGL drivers make AMD’s GPUs “up to 72%” faster in some pro apps

Some "pro apps" like Minecraft, apparently.
It's pretty frustrating to see AMD put so much effort back into the segregation of its workstation cards with proprietary drivers. They just made so much progress with AMDGPU.
People with consumer cards could be benefiting from this work right now, making all AMD cards (and the brand itself) more valuable; but that wouldn't help them squeeze more money out of enterprise customers!

Performance is nice, but I just want an AMD driver that makes it so my KDE taskbar doesn't glitch when compositing is enabled...
[edit] This is for the PRO series and all newer than my GPU anyways so wouldn't apply.
