Super frustrating bug. We provide support via Slack and it's driving me crazy not knowing if a customer has asked a question or if it's the bug. We're luckier than most since we build a product that keeps track of unanswered questions from customers in Slack, but I couldn't imagine trying to provide support just using regular threads / unread indicators. Would almost rather Slack was down instead of confusing.
I had the same issues yesterday. However today, Slack says, "Slack is trying to connect."<p>Edit: restarting slack resolved the connection issue.
