Worth noting that 1,600 years ago was around 400 AD, towards the end of the Roman empire. By that time the Trojan War existed as a myth in the distant past (1500-1600 years earlier than 400 AD). A mosaic illustrating a popular story from the distant past doesn’t really prove anything — it’s not a contemporary record of events.
