This is basically a weight loss plan focused on eating less.<p>These "food pills" don't replace a complete diet, they are supplements, and expensive at that ($698/mo).<p>Want an easier solution to weight loss? Eat whole foods, cut down on carbs, and be strict regarding caloric intake. Always consult your doctor prior to beginning any weight loss program. It's not easy, yes; but spending money for magic pills is not going to make it easier, no it will just make you feel better about yourself which in the end is what you're paying for.
