I'd say it's pretty good. He's backed himself into a corner where he can be literally forced to honor the purchase agreement if Twitter chooses to do so.<p>I'd say a better question is --- will he do anything constructive with Twitter once he owns it.
If he manage to keep pump&dump the crypto market and its $TSLA, then there is high chance<p>But the more he do that, the more he looses credibility, SEC was proven to be totally useless in recent years<p>Buying Twitter? at what cost? i don't think he'll buy it<p>Buy it for what? to make it private?<p>Then to push the digital ID, as well as the digital EURODOLLAR<p>Some people suggested he is the creator of bitcoin, more than ever, we have the hints that he is at least in the CIA's working group, at least on the marketing/PR side of things<p>He get free-pass from institutions and medias, more than anyone else, that can't be organic
