When I read things like that, it remember me the times I had a job i disliked. There is sometimes lot of pain when working with customers, some of them really want their music playing on that webpage. You have to remember who you work for and who are your customers. If these people are your customers, maybe you can change the message your giving to be more constructive. If they aren't, well i'm wondering why you hate those people so much.
