It seems the link U MN research is about setting specific and measurable goals. Seems the thrust is about giving ownership and responsibility. &#x27;More work&#x27; is a but simplistic.<p>Also, Google has been paying below average for a while, and that&#x27;s even before we consider their down-leveling, which they seem to love.
