Hanging out with people who love you while you provide 'professional services' is not much of a punishment.<p>For someone like Holmes, perhaps something like working in a community health clinic in a disadvantaged community would be an appropriate community service sentence (after incarceration) and help her see that there is a bigger world out there than the insular one world of privilege she lived in.
