The Superapp developers can fill in the vacuum left behind from the NetEase licensing exit. Indigenous IP should be more interesting than the Diablo franchise. There is so much more depth in the faerytale culture to draw on. And, it will create quality jobs for the arty creationist locals.

This seems really bad for blizzard with Diablo immortal raking in all that cash from Chinese players.<p>Also immortal was developed by NetEase but I guess owned by Blizzard, that is gonna be interesting to follow. A massive hit to acti blizzard tho.
