Hey HN! Maybe other founders can relate - when you're in the earliest stages of your startup trying to find product-market fit, everyone tells you to ship fast and messy. The thinking is that you'll know you have product-market fit when users are willing to use your product even when it's janky and broken.
But I think "startups can afford to have bugs" is bad advice. Startups need clarity to find product-market fit, and bugs obscure clarity.
Curious to hear – what are your experiences?
