Not if they innovate out of the problems? Banning and censorship seem to be the past issues that turned people off of Twitter. Even Yahoo made mistakes and had everything before Google had it and it still exists in some form. Yahoo removed their Groups and Geocities sites that were very popular. Users policed their own groups for banning and censoring.<p>The thing is if nobody does the banning and censoring, bad stuff leaks through. Why not meta mod like Slashdot has? Have the users decide collectively and then meta mod the votes to see if it was fair.
