> hosts don’t like charging them<p>This is a crock. Since AirBnB has <i>no search filter for "Show price with fees"</i>, it encourages hosts (literally every superhost in my searches on a recent trip) to show an artificial rate and then a "cleaning fee" upwards of 50% of the base rate.
