There have been a bunch of these in the same area over the last couple months in the PNW. There has also been gunfire directed at a crew working outside a hydroelectric power in South Carolina a few days ago. They talk endlessly about it, but the more serious ones also produce propaganda materials with both exhortation and instructional materials. Some of them are sufficiently well-written and specific that they were probably developed with access to restricted circulation military manuals.
