Tesla: Our ‘failure’ to make actual self-driving cars ‘is not fraud’

This is vaguely reminiscent of Theranos. It doesn't seem like it was an adequate defense for them - 'Our failure to make single prick blood tests is not fraud'. The court disagreed. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
