It might be ecologically sustainable (that's debatable, depending on the source), but probably not economically sustainable, unless you have a lavish food budget.
Hm. Overstating results; anecdata at best. E.g. the Mayo Clinic stops short of endorsing fish oil. They just say it has fatty acids, and probably won't hurt you too much. They actually recommend just eating fish.
