Let's hear yours.<p>Do you search and hire professionals from abroad? Why/why not? How it usually happens and how often? What are the main obstacles in your process and how do you overcome them? (e.g. visa proceedings, language-issues, interviewing, relocation costs, weird credentials, salaries?..)
