A bit off-topic but those "Francisco Partners" ringed a bell. They are the same idiots who bought Verifone in France, fired everyone, and expected outsourced developers to understand and use a 20 years old codebase with specifications and requirements (multiple PDFs with more than 2000 pages) written in French.<p>If it happened to LastPass, I now understand why they have so much problems.
