NYC could lose 10k Airbnb listings due to new short-term rental regulations

I think it would be great if cities try to regulate or limit AirBNBs. I have lived in an apartment building in Central London in recent years were I would have different neighbours every few days. Doesn’t give a safe feeling to always have random people in the building.
