You haven't told us the most important details:<p>Do you enjoy it there? Are you happy with the work? With the compensation? If you rode it out and got laid off, do you have a few months savings to live on while you grab the next gig?<p>If you are miserable and stressed, leave. If you are happy and enjoy it but just want a safety net in case of layoffs, stash some savings and keep going.
always have extra funds for getting a new job and always keep improving yourself and stacking up things you can put in your resume so interviews will be a lay up
