Are pioneer.app terms to be taken seriously?

I got an unsolicited email from pioneer.app asking whether I was interested to apply to their incubator program with one of my ideas. I was amazed that they found that particular project, so it didn't seem like spam.
I had a look at what they offered and also had a scan of their T&Cs. Under IV. Proprietary rights, I found this:
> If you submit an Idea to us, we will presume that your submission was voluntary, unsolicited by us, and delivered to us without any restrictions on our use of the Idea. You also agree that Pioneer has no fiduciary or any other obligation to you in connection with any Idea you submit to us, and that we are free to use your Ideas without any attribution or compensation to you.
Obviously this not the sort of thing I would expect of a serious incubator but perhaps I'm mistaken there. Is this kind of blatant abuse of my rights as founder normal day-to-day business nowadays?
I did replied asking whether there was any protection for my ideas, e.g. NDA at least, but never got a reply.
