Oh sure - when copyright is a problem for <i>them</i> (Microsoft), &quot;throw it out&quot; they say.<p>When it&#x27;s <i>their</i> IP, they come knocking on your door with lawyers.<p>GitHub shouldn&#x27;t even be on the list. They are owned by Microsoft, as is OpenAI.<p>So maybe just &quot;Microsoft asks court to throw out AI copyright lawsuit&quot;
