The modern recruitment process is still extremely inefficient and relies on biased cvs (yes, LinkedIn is just a digital form of a cv) that do not accurately represent a candidate. It is clear to me that acquiring meaningful experience in the early stages of your career is a hair on fire problem for students and young professionals.<p>My question is what hair on fire problem do businesses face when growing their teams (if any)?<p>My initial thought was finding talent with a culture fit, but in hindsight realised that culture fit is more of urban myth than an actual reality.<p>Any thoughts ?
