This is a great application of AI summarization. You can focus more on the candidate when you're not writing things down in the interview. Also, as a candidate, noticing your interviewer typing/writing is also pretty offputting.
The next-level thing would be having a way to tailor the generated summary to your particular notes style/format.
What I really hoped from an interview process, other than automated resume screening, and ever more stages and screening calls - is of course a little more AI involvement.
What really puzzles me though - is why we are wasting time on interviews - where we could instead be working on getting AI into performance reviews and setting compensation!
Slick animation halfway down the page.
Does this work with arbitrary questions and does it summarise the questions? I find I tend to waffle on sometimes when asking questions (which could indicate a bad habit)
It would be so good for system design interviews. There’s usually so much information flowing that I find it impossible to take notes without long pauses.
Such an interesting feature. I find I often miss things a candidate says because I'm trying to take notes. Being able to focus on the candidate would be a real game changer
