Ok so isn't "parents can't force children to see grandparents", the actual question is "can grandparents force a child's parents to let them see the child".<p>There are some parents who don't want to have their children spend time with their grandparents due to some kind of family conflict, and their children also don't want to see their grandparents. A lower court decided that they should be able to force the children to spend time with the grandparents (there's a reference to a 2006 law that says parents can't prevent their children from seeing their grandparents, so maybe the lower court decided that the reverse also applies?) and this higher court said no.
