Save place to host or, how to escape SOPA.

I'm I right in assuming that only domain extentions and sites hosted in and by countries that don't have any political or extradite agreements with the US are save from SOPA activity? If my assumption is corrent then only Bhutan, Iran, Taiwan, and North Korea are save hosting countries.<p>Based on the list above, Taiwan is the only place to go.
