Pleased to see that once again cyberbullying has been pointlessly dragged into a discussion of explicit content because turning every issue into a giant snowball is the only way to offer legitimacy to a non-issue that comes about because parents are too lazy to monitor their child's internet use and block content.<p>This is a huge waste of time. You aren't going to get widespread enforcement on foreign sites. Politicians are dinosaurs. Kids get to porn via reddit, twitter, discord, etc. this is hardly going to be comprehensive. This was never a technology problem.
