(I was one of Supergrain's (now Supaglue) competitors in the metric store space)<p>Great to see you guys pivot and move on to something new.<p>I'm obviously biased here (we've done the same) but pivoting is good for most early stage companies that haven't taken off in a big way (fundraising != taking off). IMO more companies would have good outcomes if Founders were more flexible and actually focused on building a good business as opposed to banging their heads against the wall on something that's clearly not working.<p>Wish you guys the best of luck with Supaglue!

Would love to hear about the process for problem discovery, figuring out a V1 persona/customer profile, and especially how you de-risked the substitute solutions and alternatives in the new space (given the learning and experience with supergrain)!
