Hey guys, just wanted to do a thread on here before anyone else posts it.<p>The main idea was to open a dialogue between free speech idealists, trans folk (+ allies) and make a bit of a conversation about how we all fit in.<p>It's a bit of a mix of art, politics and science rolled into one. I toyed around with the idea of fuzzing AI dick detection and creating a completely innocent image that still gets picked up as containing a dick.<p>I used dall-e to generate the original image using the prompt "mario with big nose, profile view, photorealistic”. Pretty much straight away I got an image that tripped Discord's filter.<p>I played around with it a little and had some help from a friend to add a flag and a message all while still managing to keep it being detected as being "adult". (Image in the URL, <a href="https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/968159868211044514/1077933341845770301/image.png" rel="nofollow">https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/968159868211044514/...</a> and again here for the sake of brevity.<p>As of this morning, this image was impossible to post on any public Discord server that had the "adult" filter set to on. It also tripped a variety of other sites i played around with including imgur and reddit.<p>I know this while whole thing reeks of conceit, and i'm happy to take any flak for that. If it made just a few people go "huh" for long enough to go away and read into WHY it gets blocked then it is worth it.
