Can we get rid of those damned binding arbitration clauses next? I still can't believe (U.S.) employers are allowed to use coercion to take away an employees right to the court system.

When I have left previous jobs, I feel as if the severance was given in exchange for signing something saying I would never tell anyone of the horrors inside the company. This leads me to believe that within a few years we'll see that there will be no more severance.

dang I just refused to sign one of these and gave up severance pay just for this very reason
