Tesla names Palo Alto as second HQ less than 2 years after moving base to Texas

What not use an old Twitter building? Seems like Tesla could get a good deal from the landlord.

So will Musk be paying California taxes now that he spends most of his time there again and not in Texas? (mostly at twitter)
