VPNs Are Killing Productivity

I love Tailscale and think it would be great to have more competition in this space.
Personally I have gone through a lot of trouble setting up VPNs, for some strange reason AWS doesn't offer a fully integrated VPN product so I wound up running OpenVPN on a tiny VPS which should have cost less than $7 a month but the VPS was too small and went crazy swapping and ran up a $200 a month bill swapping on EBS.
I lately had a webapp that was running on my laptop. I built a very powerful home computer and moved the app to it and found that zero trust was a super easy approach to access this application from anywhere with my tablet or laptop. I did not need to fight with the firewall configuration, NAT, any of that. I used to be skeptical of "zero trust" but now I am a believer and hope more people experience the ease.
