Not shocking, Im kind of ok with most of this.<p>Feeling a bit bumbed about this though:<p>&gt; <i>Additionally, Intel will cancel its upcoming Lancaster Sound GPU for its Flex Series of data center GPUs. These GPUs are designed for lower-intensity work, like media encoding. Instead of pushing forward with Lancaster Sound, Intel will focus on the next-gen Melville Sound products for the Flex series.</i><p>That was such a cool product. Heck yes give me a low-power card with a bunch of encoders (&amp; hopefully some modestly ok-ish VDI)! Hopefully the next go is great.<p>It does seem perhaps a bit smart, on all these fronts, to just not release, rather than let quite mediocre products get out there &amp; underwhelm.

A whole article without a single mention of of Raja. He joined Intel in Nov 2017.

and new Intel processors are still worse than 2 years old 5850U from AMD...
