In TonyRobbins Time of your life, he outlined how to keep a goal planning agenda. I've kept one for years (on paper) I've reached all the goals I've tracked.
Don't run across a highway.<p>I've never done it and I am still alive, which I think is much better than the alternative, though I admit there is no data supporting this claim.
