I'm trying to understand the emerging UX in software products.
In the ChatSpot demo video, Dharmesh Shah talks about something called ChatUX. Though NLP to SQL existed in some form or the other, I think the game changer is the integration with generative AI.
Did you try adding something like ChatUX for your software product? Any other UX experiments you have tried? What were your learnings?
All of my early experiments were about increasing conversion rate for Travelocity. I learned a few key things from this:
* Placement of content is extremely important for sales.
* Ultimately the three qualities that define success are product durability, product speed, and inventory. If you get those three right you will be ok. If not, nothing else matters even if you have the best marketing and branding in the industry.
Lately I have been experimenting with full stack performance. I wrote an article about my learnings to an 80ms milestone: https://github.com/prettydiff/wisdom/blob/master/performance...
