Sometimes I feel like browsing an encyclopedia. I wonder if there are some interesting alternatives to Wikipedia, or similar to Wikipedia but domain specific.
I find Encyclopedia Britannica much better at explaining things I'm not familiar with.<p>Unfortunately, most of the rest of the internet has succumbed to affiliate marketing and copywritten spam, so there is very little left to recommend. If good content still exists, Google does not seem to surface it.
