I have no affiliation with Intercom but I was taken aback by how much better this bot appears to be compared to any chat bot I've seen before. They have an interactive demo on the link I shared there to test it out and I've been unable to break it thus far. With chat GPT version 3, it would regularly "hallucinate" where it would confidently provide wrong answers.
