Pentagon video shows Russian jet dumping fuel on US drone

Apparently there were something like 17 passes before the start of that video.<p>Surely the Russians would have expected that a US military drone would have cameras? They had to have expected this.

I don&#x27;t understand what was the purpose of dumping fuel over the drone. Were they expecting it to catch fire?
