We don't know what AI will replace. Because it's a big hype today doesn't mean it will change the world tomorrow.
For every new technology advance, people like to predict that it will entirely change society. Blockchain was supposed to replace many jobs with smart contracts, until we realized it is just not solving anything. The Internet of Things was supposed to change the world, but it mostly increases the attack surface of connected fridges nowadays. Drones haven't really changed in a decade.
I don't think that there is a big need to prepare to be replaced by AI. Let's first see if it actually solves problems, and then adapt.
1. Ignore philosophical or humanities bullshits and turn to STEM field immediately. Especially invent stuff that is better and faster with greater efficiency.
2. Do the first one.
