WSL2 Freeze Issue

WSL2 has an issue where it freezes and consumes 100% CPU.<p>The only known solution is either to reboot or to kill it with an admin power shell.<p>Some users report having the issue multiple times a day.

I have this issue but wsl --shutdown does work and I don&#x27;t need to reboot.
