Reminds me of the Office episode where Michael Scott says &quot;The customer is always right. She was wrong. Well she&#x27;s not our customer anymore&quot;<p>Political involvement even if you &quot;can&#x27;t remain silent&quot; just makes you not a scientific journal, it&#x27;s fine if that&#x27;s how you want to use your editorial purview.

There are times when keeping silent = being complicit in what’s going down. In such times, normal behaviour isn’t appropriate.
