This looks like domain squatting with extra steps. That extra step being a semi-relevant splash page.<p>I think your website needs more info on what value you bring.

Is this really a &quot;help build&quot; situation? Or is this a &quot;I own the domain, you build the app&quot; type deal where somehow the domain squatter gets a cut?

Maybe you can explain how you can help on these very very different topics&#x2F;domains&#x2F;names?

Interested to know how do you pick domain names for future projects. Is it impulsive?
