A case of fatal multi-organ inflammation following COVID-19 vaccination

What a wretched thing.
My wife was pregnant when the vaccines came out and we had to make a decision on whether to get her vaccinated, which might provide COVID protection to our newborn, or to avoid the risk of a relatively new vaccine and pregnancy complications. This was further complicated by the fact that initially our doctor advised against talking the vaccine while pregnant, and then suddenly flipped to strongly encouraging us to take it without any new evidence - pressuring us by warning that our child might catch COVID in the hospital at birth. All this complicated still more by the fact that I know the medical establishment in the US repeatedly lied and got major things wrong with respect to COVID.
COVID, and the vaccine, are very difficult decisions for people. I can't imagine the loss for this family or how horrible it would be to try to make the best decision to keep your child safe and wind up with this - against all odds.
I found it interesting that there's such a wide discrepancy between myocarditis numbers in the US versus the Nordic countries. I wonder what phenomenon explains that.

My guess would be an undiagnosed case of HLH, which leads to your NK cells not functioning properly.
https://www.dana-farber.org/childhood-hemophagocytic-lymphoh...
I'm betting the vaccine triggered the cytokine storm, rather than a virus itself which the most common triggering event. It's such a rare disease that by the time it's diagnosed, it's too late to intervene with steroids and chemo drugs to stop the runaway immune system.

Posting this on Reddit would probably get you banned.
Was banned from subreddit mentioning that getting a vaccine didn't stop me getting COVID-19. And that COVID response varied from person to person. Had vaccinated friends that had it rough and, unvaccinated friends that didn't feel it.

Why was this flagged? It's just a study?
While I support vaccines in general, I also see that in this specific case, a highly experimental vaccine with weak effects (doesn't prevent COVID-19 infection) and possible side effects needs to be discussed.
It doesn't take a conspiracy theorist to imagine that pharmaceutical companies would have a vested interest in promoting a vaccine that needs to be constantly updated (I remember talks of dose #3 and #4 and so on).
