Is there an issue with Cloudflare DNS IP resolution?

If I query for https://archive.today/ dig archive.today @1.1.1.1 archive.today @1.1.1.2 archive.today @1.1.1.3<p>Cloudflare at times, resolves to; 1.1.1.6 or 1.1.1.7 or 1.1.1.8 (Cloudflare IPs ?)<p>Google: dig archive.today @8.8.8.8 resollves to; 130.0.232.208<p>Quad9: dig archive.today @9.9.9.9 resollves to; 23.137.249.79<p>Any Ideas?
