Practice.<p>Ask how you did, and how you could have done better. That’s harder than asking in the hypothetical, but usually more valuable, too. We all can, but the “how” is what varies.<p>Relax.<p>Most people are really bad at it.<p>Even some that think they are quite good at it. Especially some of those.
