I quitted web development because I failed to learn CSS

3 pointsby shivajikobardanabout 2 years ago
I even bought that course by that popular guy. CSS for JS developers that could not help me because I could not help myself. CSS designs is just not for me no matter how hard I try.
I find web development to be mostly css(frontend) and if you lack css skills, you can't be a good web developer.
failwindcss and bootcrap are no substitute for cs s according to the experts of industry.
How do I learn it? Is there a way out?

We could use better documentation.
The standards are split over about 40 documents, but the overall structure is “Clause 7 in document A is mostly normative except for changes described in Clause 3.4.2 in document B”. The thing is that if you don’t refer to the standards you’re going to refer to garbled and obsolete information compared to what is in the standards.

You have my sympathy. I gave up on web development after CSS sucked all the fun out of it, and have stayed far away ever since.

Codepen is a great resource if you want to learn CSS. https://codepen.io
