This is the second post from codeium basically shitting on competitor products, the other one was copilot supposedly giving out GPL code.
Maybe its a way to get attention to check codeium out but leaves a bad taste in my mouth to perceive codeium as improved.
The comparisons don't seem right and heavily biased on the website. For example it lists some supported languages from Copilot those languages are really good but are mentioned as 'potentially lower quality'
I have been using CodeWhisperer for about 6 months now (internally).
I think it's just a little late. 2 years ago it would have been amazing. 6 months ago it was decent.
But now that people have experienced GPT 4, it seems downright quaint.
