I bought a halo view for $20. It was pretty okay ish, which is what I expected but all I wanted was an accurate-ish optical heart rate monitor. It was awful. The worst of any device I’ve ever had.
I got a replacement and same deal.
Not surprised.
I only bought it because it had 765 day return policy. Guess I won’t be needing to do that.

This makes me so mad. My girlfriend just bought this for me a few months ago. I wanted a simple heart rate monitor to wear while I run and this worked well.
Never again, Amazon. Their email encouraged me to recycle it. I feel like I’m in some Terry Gilliam movie.

Right to repair should be applied & should mandate they open the devices so others can maintain & repair them & translate them to alternative back end services.
