It seems to me this technology could be used immediately, before any scaling up, by placing mobile units at farms to produce ammoniated water, any concentration of which would lessen dependence on fossil fuel-manufactured ammonia. The only need would be for the locally-synthesized ammonia to be cheaper than ammonia fertilizer bought and transported to the farm.
